Keys Borrowing Agreement


  1. The meaning of expressions used in this Agreement
    In these terms and conditions the following expressions have the following meaning:
    1. 'This Agreement' means these terms and conditions and incorporates the terms of the Request Form
    2. 'Oakenfield Ltd/we/our/us' refer to Oakenfield Ltd a registered non-profit Limited Company.
    3. 'You/your' refers to the person who wishes to receive the Keys materials on loan.
    4. 'Keys materials' means the DVD's and other materials which Oakenfield Ltd agrees to lend to you under this Agreement.

  2. What this Agreement is for
    1. This Agreement is the contractual basis on which Oakenfield Ltd agrees to lend you the Keys materials.
    2. The Keys materials are only available from Oakenfield Ltd on loan in the correct sequence and otherwise in accordance with other recommendations or procedures that may be required from time to time (the lending criteria).
    3. Your submission of a Request Form will be relied on by Oakenfield Ltd as confirmation that you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  3. How to receive the Keys materials
    1. Please take care to complete the Request Form completely and accurately as we will not be able to meet your request if this is not done.
    2. If it appears that your completed Request Form is not correct or otherwise does not meet the lending criteria we may not be able to send you the Keys materials you have requested but we will endeavor to contact you to clarify your request.
    3. The Keys materials are only available on loan. In no circumstances can Oakenfield Ltd sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the Keys materials to you in fulfillment of any completed Request Form.

  4. Sending you the Keys materials
    • We will arrange for the Keys materials to be sent to you as soon as possible following receipt of your Request Form.

  5. The Keys materials must be returned within 4 months
    1. Each set of Keys materials which you borrow must be returned to us (at the return address, which will be included in the Keys materials) within 4 months.
    2. After 4 months we will endeavor to remind you of the need to return the Keys materials but please make sure that you return them within the 4 month period, in any event.

  6. Please keep the Keys materials in good condition
    1. It is your responsibility to look after the Keys materials which have been sent to you and to keep them in good condition.

  7. Important copyright notice
    1. The Keys materials are provided to you only for your private use. You are not permitted to copy, transcribe or otherwise reproduce all or any part of the Keys materials for any purpose and you are not allowed to publish, show or otherwise distribute or disseminate the Keys materials in public or into the public domain whether for reward or otherwise.
    2. The owner of all intellectual property rights including copyright in the Keys materials is The Prem Rawat Foundation ('TPRF'). If you are in breach of these provisions or otherwise infringe TPRF's intellectual property rights, Oakenfield Ltd and/or TPRF may suffer loss and damage. In serious cases damages may not be an adequate remedy and it may be necessary to seek a court injunction or similar remedy against whoever is responsible for the breach or infringement.

  8. Data protection
    1. When you send us your Request Form you will be sending us personal data. We will keep your personal details on a secure database and will only use your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1988; in particular your personal data will be used to process the lending of the Keys materials to you in accordance with this Agreement.
    2. You may update or request the deletion of your personal data from our database at any time by writing to Oakenfield Ltd at (The Keys, PO Box 10044, Malahide, Co. Dublin Ireland).
    3. We may also use your personal data in order to be able to keep you informed from time to time of events at which Prem Rawat will be speaking and of other information which we think may be of interest to you in learning more about Prem Rawat's message. If you do not want to receive this information please write to Oakenfield Ltd at (The Keys, PO Box 10044, Malahide, Co. Dublin Ireland).

  9. The governing law of this Agreement is Irish law. You and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts in relation to any disputes.
